This program starts JJan 2 and runs for 25 days.
 
You'll get four derby-optimized workouts per week, plus your regular derby practices. 
 
Each workout is 25 - 50 minutes, including warm up. No gear needed.

Booty Quake knows firsthand what it takes to physically dominate in roller derby. She started roller derby in 2007 with Terminal City RollerGirls in Vancouver, and joined Toronto Roller Derby in 2015. She has coached on- and off-skate training in Australia, Europe, Canada and the USA, including Camp Elite in 2015 and 2016. With Roller Derby Athletics, she has helped thousands of derby players meet their goals on the track, through targeted off-skate training. Booty's mission at Roller Derby Athletics is to help every skater become safe, strong, and unstoppable.
